Multi-axis machining for the most demanding components in aerospace, defense, and automotive. Our facility runs Haas vertical machining centers capable of complex simultaneous 5-axis operations, enabling tight-tolerance work on titanium, aluminum, Inconel, and stainless steel.
Metal & Polymer 3D Printing
Additive manufacturing extends what's possible — internal cooling channels, lattice-optimized structures, and organic geometries that no CNC can reach. We produce metal parts in stainless, titanium, and Inconel alongside high-performance polymer components.
High-Accuracy 3D Scanning
Structured light and laser scanning systems capture full-field surface geometry at micron-level accuracy. Used for incoming inspection, first-article validation, and as the starting point for reverse engineering workflows.
Reverse Engineering
We reconstruct legacy, obsolete, or competitor components into fully parametric CAD models — ready to machine, modify, or improve. Starting from scan data, physical measurements, or worn originals, we deliver production-ready documentation.
CAD / CAM Design & Engineering
Our engineering team handles the complete design-to-manufacture pipeline. From DFM analysis and tolerance stack-up review to fixture design and CNC program generation — every decision is made with machinability and performance in mind.
